LOL

Changed the first race to a non points race, more of a tune up race for the series.
It will still be 7-10 races as I still have to pound out the details for the fair race down in Preston the last weekend of July. Same type of race down there is in the works.

Lookin' forward to do some racin' down there again. Haven't been down that way in quite a few years. Just a question for ya, What should I be lookin' for Buggy tires, Front and Rear? I've got some Ifmar Studs, Double D's, Caliber's, and FlipOuts for the rear, and Suburbs for the front but I was reading the rules and I think it states that only ribs allowed in front, Is that for real?

I'm pretty sure you have a 1/10 Buggy. Here is how our rules read.

1/10th Scale Open:
1/10th Scale 2wd or 4wd off-road vehicles (buggy or truck)
2 cell hardcase Li-Po or 7 cell nimh battery for power
Motor is open, brushed or brushless
Vehicle must run body/tires/rims that correspond to it. example :buggy tires on buggy

Pretty open rules in that class. We don't care what tires you have on just don't put truck tires on a buggy or buggy tires on a truck. Other then that bring it along with you. We also get a couple nitro 2wc stadium trucks that also run in this class.

Hey Bub,

I think you'll like the Calibers at Tea's, or maybe the Ifmar Studs depending on how packed/dry the track is on raceday. I ran Ifmar Pins on my truck down there last year, and they worked well too.

Not sure how the Suburb fronts would work...might want to pick up some Carvers or something "ribbish" for the front.

Car is pretty new and every one always hopes they never need parts but as we see what parts are common on that car we will for sure have them.

First race of the year coming up this weekend.
Due to weather not working in our favor the past few weeks we will run the first two races on the old layout. Track is in pretty good shape and we are spending a couple of afternoons this week getting a couple areas ready to go. I'm hoping over the holiday weekend to move the lanes and changed up the track a little for June.

Lots of talk going on an should have some great turn outs and high numbers especially in the 2wd and 4wd CORR truck classes. I even got Tom (my dad) to get one for this summer.

My 2wd and 4wd trucks are ready!!!

I'm actually excited to run on the old layout again...it'll be nice to work the bugs out of the 4wd on a familiar track.
