Default Asphalt Sealer on track

Hi

I am responsible for an indoor asfalttrack.
We have a problem with little grip, and wonder
if any have tried asphalt sealer on their track.

Sugarwater doesnt work due the fact that the hall is a single layer rubhall without ventilation and heat. Is tested.

Any advice would be great!

We've used something similar in the UK on some rough patches. Works great, but outdoors it gets washed away after 6 months.

Indoors/covered, it should be mega.

I am responsible to building the Hobbytown Fresno track I am an expert in sealer. Don't use drive way sealer from Home Depot or Lowe's you can't buy it in bulk loads we bought 200 gallons to do 11000 square feet. I recommend Dura Seal or Seal Coat or Seal master. Call a local parking lot seal company if you don't have the tools or the man power to lay out the sealer with asphalt squeegees., You will get a uneven surface finish..

Thanks for good advices.

I am getting ready to find a product, and are wondering if you are you using the thin or thick sealer?

Hi,
It seems that the only product we can get hold of is the Latex-ite products.
Have anyone tested them?
