Joe Maxey and/or a ROAR official please help. 1380 or 1350 grams for USGT at the ROAR on Road Nats in Austin TX?
Was just stating what ROAR has done at past nationals since it is up to them not hosting track on rules

Agree 100% for ROAR classes. However, I'm told that hosting tracks usually have significant input for non ROAR classes like USGT. Since here in the great Republic of Texas they run USGT at 1350 grams, so I guess that is what Joe asked ROAR for when they applied for the Nats. Only question is, did ROAR approve that request?

John Wallace I will check to see what roar is going to do but I would assume is 1380g. That's the weight at the national level. I will check and post back when I hear.

We are still working on the flyer.

I get that, that's why I made a comment. Whatever race officials decides with I'm down with it. John if your car is too heavy I have a dremel, I'm sure we can take weight off somewhere.

Looked at ROAR Rules and it seems they haven't been updated much for certain classes, for instance F1. The updated rules they have are from 2013 giving car width at @8.24 inches which is over 200mm and way over the 180mm set in 2012. I know the rules have changed, I just dont know if its 180 185 or 190. Or if there is a max/min wheelbase.
