Default one way in fk05

Hey guys, I have a question.
I have a xray fk05 but want to try to use the one way unit from a fk04.
It seems like the one way unit fits in a reverse way on a fk05 ( the longer outdrive has to go in to the left; which is the opposit way by the way.

If you are looking at the car from the front, the longer oneway unit on the left side of the car but oneway action is reversed.
Is there a way to fit the fk04 oneway unit into the fk05?
Thanks for all the help guys.

I personally have not tried it, but I've heard of a few people trying to press out the one-way bearing and put it in the other way so it will work in the correct direction

I have this 1-way for my FK05....for sure it is NOT named for FK05 (FK05 only has multi diff, no dedicated 1-way...) but it works on FK05. I think it is 305101....

i think you can fit the 04 one way in the 05 by using the method described above

but im afraid another reason the fk04 one way will not fit the fk05 as such as it had less teeth on the pulley, one way to make it fit would be to purchase an fk05 size pulley and attach that to the 04 one way, although i am not entirely sure on this, the best thing to do would be to contact team gp (both on this forum and the xray one) and find out from him a definitive answer about both of these problems with the 04 one way in an 05

I use a fk04 one way in my fk05. You need to use the 34T pulley from the evo2, t1r or fk05.

I mounted the pulley on the opposite side of the aluminium unit and use three 2mm shim between them. That way the belt is aligned properly. I hope this help.
