Default What to do with Fantom RC

Anyone else have problems with them? I purchased their top of the line 21.5T motor and I received it rather quickly. But tucked away in the box was a note that stated they were out of stock on the aluminum timing clamps and that they would send one to me in 2 weeks when they came in stock. 6 weeks later and I still don't have the clamp and they haven't responded to an email I sent to them 3 days ago. Wondering what I should do.

Good point but that didn't explain the prior 5 weeks. I'll wait a little longer I guess.

I don't know that I want to take it that far yet. I really like their products. Their batteries are good and their motors are pretty much the best.

Maybe it came today. I'll check my mail when I get home.

you got the motor which is better than not getting anything until much later.

contact them, maybe it was lost in transit?

I don't see a "blasting". It just looks to me like he is wondering if there is an issue. I buy stuff from them with no issue. If they are not responding and he doesn't have an inside track as far as what is going on....?

People can read. They can judge for themselves whether or not its a big deal. To me it is a big deal because I paid 155 bucks for a motor that has all the bells and whistles and was sent a motor that wasn't quite what I ordered. Interestingly enough, had they simply asked if I still wanted the motor despite missing one of the items, then it would have been my decision. Instead they assumed. On top of that, they promised to ship the missing item 2 weeks later and 6 weeks after the initial purchase, I still don't have that missing item. I don't feel like I am that out of line here.

The chinese new year just got over. Meaning that things are just now getting to customs... If tbry get held up in customs it could be longer. I would call them instead of making accusations and assumptions. This is obviously a private matter, or one that could be posted on the actual fantom thread...

What a silly thing to say, this guy is just asking for advice on what to do, I would not be happy if I was waiting so long for an item I had paid for, he actually praises the motor and is not "blasting" anyone
