Default charging 1S lipos

Does anyone now how to charge 1/12 1S lipo the best way to get maximum power out of it ?

No different than any other LiPo. Make sure your charger is terminating at whatever voltage your rules allow (typically 4.2 - 4.22 volts). You can cycle these aggressively as you would other LiPos in an effort to heat up the battery and lower internal resistance.

Discharge down to 3.3V then charge back up.

Get yourself a lipo warmer, and charge it while its in the warmer.
Lowers the ir just like high discharge, followed by a high charge rate, but it would not hurt the life of the battery like cycling the batties.
