It depends on the class. $200+ for the first class. $125ish for additional classes.

Will the wife give you a Hall Pass for a week in Vegas??

You get a LOT for your entry in just the racer grab bag that comes with your registration. If you actually break down the cost on each usable item in the bag, food certificates and 2 dinners that come with it you are racing for free. A lot of guys over look what you actually get and just get sticker shock but its definitely well worth it!!!

Many thanks.
Hi Bill

Last year it was WGT-R with CRC RT1 preglued tyres. Bring an unopened set to registration for them to be marked. Remaining rules as per World GT with 17.5, blinky and 1S.

The new venue in the Westgate has space for an awesome and big track. Just a chance this would mean 13.5 as plenty of scope to run a faster motor.

I've entered WGT and F1 classes so hope to see you there

Mark

I'll be making the trip from Aus for the event, how many practice runs do you get on the practice days roughly? I'll be entering stock and super stock to make the most for track time.

Thanks

I'm not sure about the Monday session, but Tuesday you get 2-5 minute sessions per class. One early and one later in the day.

Two scheduled practices and qualifiers each day. And before the scheduled practices, there is usually about an hour of open practice each morning. Pretty easy to get 2-3 extra runs in...if you already have charged batteries when they open in the morning.

Because the 60 foot by 120 foot track had to accommodate Pro 10 cars last year, it was a very wide open and fast configuration (a bit of a freeway). I was very comfortable on it after only 2-3 initial runs. Assuming it will be the same open style track this year.

Cheers!

Look for a decision, if it isn't posted already, about WGT being rubber or foam.

Basically all of the rules for the event, things like approved motor and blinky speed-control, weights, voltage, etc., to be posted on the Classes & Rules page once I have been able to confirm them.

Looking forward to our Mild Seven vs Gold Leaf Lotus battle in F1 again this year.
