Does it do it with just one battery or have you tried different batteries and have the same issue?

Check your charge cable. If one of the small balance port wires is frayed or broken you will get this message.

Sounds like a balance port issue on the charger if you have two batteries experiencing the same issue and it's not an issue with those batteries on other chargers.

I had this issue and it turned out the small lead on my charge cable was making intermittent connections. Resoldered it and now everything works.
