Default Battery discharging practice

Hi guys,

I need some help again. I got hold of Swampracers Trinity DynaPulse and I also purchased a MuchMore Zero V tray.

I currently have a GP3300 SP2 batts and im just wondering how to go about the discharging procedure.

Do I charge my packs, run them until they are almost dead and hook them up to the DynaPulse then the Zero V tray?

I know the ZeroV tray puts it down to 0V. Will this be a good practice? How often should I use the Zero V tray?

Sorry for all the questions, im just starting and want to make sure I do this right and not blowup anything
