"Best" touring car bodies out there currently?

Get one ZooRacing Dogsbollox and be done with it. It's extremely fast and well balanced. Most of the pros are running this body. Depending on what your usual store have in stock, you can also get an Xtreme Twister. It's a copy of the dogsbollox.

Zoo dogsbolloxs med/high grip and maybe baybee for low grip/wet
and if tons of grip the twister as it’s the zoo dogsbolloxs but little more edgy
but zoo dogsbolloxs works in all grip/weather conditions

I’m pretty set on the Twister,
this might sound like a stupid question.
I’m pretty stuck between 0.5 and 0.7, sure the 0.5 has better performance I’m assuming but how fragile is it truly? I’ve had people say if you touch anything the body is nuked, others are saying they’re durable. So I’m really stuck in the middle.

It is.
Isn't Twister a simple copy of Dogs?

This has not been my experience. Granted I have only extensively used the turismo and hyper. I mount the hyper +3mm for carpet and +6mm on asphalt. The hyper feels a bit more balanced over the turismo.

I really like the ProtoForm Turismo, mounted about 6-8mm forward with the stock wing centered. The X-Lite is 58-62g depending on paint.
Pretty much all of the new style LCG/high downforce bodies are better than anything from a couple years ago. On carpet anyways...
You'll need to try a couple to find what you like. They all feel different on track.
