I just wanted to say a massive thanks to all the nice people at Team Associated that make this event happen and to the racers that show up. On the weekend of Indy 500 and Monaco Grand Prix... I'm watching the Reedy!

Thank you to Scotty Ernst, the volunteers who staffed technical inspection, Tamiya America and the Tamiya locals, and Team Associated/Reedy for hosting and producing another fantastic event!

Stock racing was very close and competitive. One second could be the difference between fifth and fifteenth place in each qualifying round. As a person who was in the 17.5 A main and pays full price for my motors, what I saw was mainly (in alphabetical, not performance order) Fantom, Motiv, R1 and Team Scream seemed to be the top motors. It's easy to say the guy that won had the fastest motor but that is too simple. Some of the guys in the 17.5 and 13.5 classes had literally 1000's of miles on that track while others race there once a year and some their first time. Then you have the battery, esc, chassis and tuning that all add up plus a little thing called driver skill and lady luck.

Overall, a fantastic race to be in and a bucket list race for those that are not local. Scotty, Rick and Sean from Reedy / Associated, Fred from Tamiya and the local volunteers continue to put on a excellent race that brings even stock and open mod class drivers from around the world. Add to that the worlds best in invite class and triple mains for all classes to make all drivers feel like they made "the Big Show". My sincere thanks to these people for putting on this great event year after year. Mike Reedy would be proud of their efforts to carry on his legacy !

Default Open Mod title

thank you to everyone that Jin Sawada had won the open Modified class working alone and first time to travel to USA.

Jin Sawada had really good set up knowledge and driving skill but also Destiny RX-10S was performing excellent at any condition.

Does LiveRC have the results for the non-invitational classes?

Very fun and interesting weekend indeed... I think I have the REEDY-Race bug again. Was 5-6 years since i've attended this event. I actually had fun even tho I struggled in the 'hot' mains. looking forward to next year.

Thanks Associated/REEDY, ScottyEarnst for always providing the 'lively' commentary and of course TAMIYA for the WorldClass venue.

Special thanks to EXOTEK and KO Propo America for the 'trick bits' that helped place my 'underdogg' in the BigShow..

Had a great time at the RROC...that track will make a man out of any boy. Scotty and the team did a fantastic job as always.

Lots of track time this year, which I think is great. I would love to see spec sauce and RROC format for all classes as well.

Regardless it is a super fun race at a great track. Looking forward to next year already...only exception is that I will fly out Monday morning instead of Sunday night. Ug!
