lol, they used to have some of the best cars on the market and led the way. Not sure the pro 5 is that bad just the support, a little behind perhaps as it hasn't been developed any further after everyone was let go.

I would only believe the news if it came from Tamiya themselves. They had TRF cars before there even were official TRF drivers. If I remember it correctly, Marc only became an official TRF driver after he won the Worlds.

Yup TRF kits (TA03 R TRF) were released in 1999. The Brand is still very valuable, it is the most successful world championship onroad racing team. Even if the scale back their driver program, I cannot see the value of not doing TRF spec versions of their other cars, and still hopefully producing the occasional top tier car.

Yes and lets not forget Surikarn won the worlds in 2002 with the TRF414!!!
