Wow, more exciting than expected... more weight in the front end than many of the new fronties.

This might be the one FF that has something for the AMX.

If the aluminum chassis kit comes with the hex hole/weight drilled system shown in the manual then I might not be able to resist. Serpent is killing it with this release.

The entire steering system is mounted solely to the motor mount - very nice.

Not a fan of the pivot ball suspension. :-(

I had/have zero problems with pivot ball suspension on my Project 4x Evo (hubs) I really like it actually because I can adjust play. When used on the inner pivot of suspension arms, it's far lighter than conventional hinge pin style - improves the polar moments on the car and that's what it's all about these days.

imo no car is perfect.. there are a couple things on my awesomatixA800FX that i would like to see 'changed'... but overall the car is awesome.

that being said, not a fan of the pivotable suspension either.. be still, im sure i could get it to work wonders.

Not really the same, because lowers arms have pivot balls at the two extremities on X20. And you can't setup the play on the inside end :-(

The inside play was never really a problem for my X20 though, the upper camber arm pretty much restricted it. Probably one of the better cars in terms of play
