Default Novak GT7 help?

Ok, I think i'm having a problem with my GT7, A couple of weeks ago i bought a Fantom stock motor. When I put it in my losi xxx-s i forgot to raise my ride height. I ran once with the motor and it was dragging the ground, got up to 280 °F, burnt the motor up. Could that have possible shorted out my GT7? I just bought a brand new TC4 and replaced the stock esc with my GT7 and burnt up the stock 15 turn that came in the car. Any help please?

Hi,

Maybe you can email Novak to help you out. They wil be in better position in helping you with your enquiries.

But from my view, maybe you got a wrong gearing or there maybe some binding in the tranmission.Or the 280F heat burned a few Fets in the ESC.

But could this make all my other motors run really hot? Like 100 degrees in 1 lap.. and our track is fairly small..
