If your looking at IB's.... Click the link for Team Kellner in my Sig below. Fred is an awesome guy (I race with him locally) and will give you some insane packs for the price! (IB 3800's) Fred's numbers are true to what is on the lable, no fudging around. Honestly, there are times I think the batts are underrated! MAD rip down the straights, and when i actually drive it right- the car comes out of corners like a rocket ship! (I race stock rubber)

If you want to race stock motor, find the highest voltage.
If you want to race modified, find the balance of capacity and voltage.
However, those two tips are things of the past...... with current IB 4200 cells you get the best of both worlds: high capacity and voltage.
I'm planning to buy IB4200. Can you imagine almost flat voltage curve during the first 5 minutes discharge ? The power and top speed are almost constant during the whole race.
However some drivers argue the almost flat voltage curve or constant power from IB4200 are too hard on motor and tires. The motor will be so hot because the voltage & amps are constantly high during the whole 5 minutes race. Ditto with tires ..... the tires usually have less grip tendency after 4 minutes due to heat while the power remain strong. Drivers could experience wild driving if you know what I mean.
But I don't care..... high voltage IB4200 is a must.

all right but i have heard that the best batteries are the 3700 mhs sp2 cells but are they mutch better than the 3600 1.2+ from promatch
