Default need help!

So i recently bought a hpi sprint 2, just something to mess around with. It was like my third time driving it. batteries were charged and everything and about 3 minutes into it it just stopped working. I tried the good ol fashion turn it off and back on, nothing. theres no throttle response. the wheels turn side to side but car does not move. What do i do?

Are you running the 15T brushed motor with the HPI SC-15 speed control?

Have you checked the bullet connectors from the ESC to the Motor? Will the motor run if you apply voltage directly? If yes, then maybe the ESC died.

Sounds like a dead speed control.

so when i turn it on it usually beeps once and then starts running. since it stopped working theres a little red light on the radio box and no beep when i turn it on. idk if that red light means anything? if the controller is off the red light blinks. if its on the red light is constantly on.

What battery are you using? Stock Nimh or lipo? Had one few years ago. The brushed Porsche. Despite comming with a Nimh battery it was set in lipo mode. Can't remember what the lights were doing at the time.
