Default gp4300

hey guys i charged my new 4300's last night for the first time on my cellmaster 5a .04 47 temp. cut off, pack reached 42 before they peaked, i than discharged them on the cellmaster at 10a, than 1 pack starting making this noise near the end of the discharge, im not sure if it was venting, couldn't tell because the fans are so loud hahaha, my question is if it did vent why would it vent on discharge and not on charge, and if it did vent does that mean the pack is done and how do you know which cells vented?
thnx for your help.
