Default Team Orion GP4300

Team Orion and GP Batteries are pleased to annonce the new GP4300 mAh Cells matched by Team Orion.

V-Max Plus RDS GP4300 packs will be available worldwide from your Team Orion dealer. Please immediately contact your dealer and make sure your packs are ordered from your national distributor.

Team Orion V-Max+RDS GP4300

Maximum runtime; very high voltage; very low IR. The best battery technology GP and Team Orion can offer at this moment. These batteries do not fade and have a very consistent high voltage discharge curve. Tested as the best battery for extensive high discharge conditions due to the enormous capacity.

Especially designed racing battery for 1/12 8m, 23t 8 m and any modified high current drain 5 minute motor class. Of course works great too in any other class. Great power and runtime if used with Team Orion V2 brushed technology.

Charge techniques and cycle life are similar to the GP3300/3700 series which guarantee outstanding quality and cycle life.

Available as:

ORI11047 - GP4300 - 1 cell
ORI11309 - GP4300 V-Max Spec (7.2V - 6 cells)
ORI11461 - GP4300 Racer (7.2V - 6 cells)
ORI11462 - GP4300 Team (7.2V - 6 cells)
ORI11465 - GP4300 Racer (4.8V - 4 cells)
ORI11466 - GP4300 Team (4.8V - 4 cells)

Charging advice: 5A – Peak 3mV/cell – 45deg C

BRCA/EFRA/IFMAR/JMRCA 2006 legal and available at your hobby shop end of January.

Please note: The recently released new Team Orion V-Max+RDS GP3700 SP2 will NOT be replaced by the new GP4300! See information underneath:

GP 3700 SP2: Great runtime - highest voltage - lowest IR on the market.

Specially developed by GP for the stock racer. To be used in 12t - 19t – 23t - 27t or any 5 minute racing class with a motor limit. The lowest IR in the market guarantees maximum acceleration, the highest Voltage gives maximum top speed. Extremely fast VRT (Voltage Recovery Time) to warrant maximum acceleration and top speed at all times!

Available as:

ORI11045 - GP3700SP2 - 1 cell
ORI11307 - GP3700SP2 V-Max Spec (7.2V - 6 cells)
ORI11441 - GP3700SP2 Racer (7.2V - 6 cells)
ORI11442 - GP3700SP2 Team (7.2V - 6 cells)
ORI11445 - GP3700SP2 Racer (4.8V - 4 cells)
ORI11446 - GP3700SP2 Team (4.8V - 4 cells)

I agree that it was coming, however without anybody having raced them yet in comparison with the IB4200s its a little premature to say that they are better.

Better is relative....
Always is surtain....
I have seen both win and heck even IP's WIN....
right now nothing is touching the voltage of IB so to say the GP's are always better is just an opinion....
IB has come leaps and bounds from when they first hit our shores...
Really it is a choice...
makes the market better....freshest cells and the great challange to up your compitition...
my $0.02

I have only use GP cells and they are great. I had heard some bad things about IB cells so I don't have any of them.

Both GP and IB cells are awesome as I have run both, but I do prefer the IB over the GP's. Anyways back on topic, now that 4300's are out who wants to start a pool to see who gets to 5000mah first? LOL!

Well I'll say IB becuase GP is always odd....LOL
3300, 3700, 4300
IB being even...LOL
3600, 3800, 4200

Four more batches then poof....5000mah here we come....LOL
-Shookie <><
At some point they will stop...Cause no one likes having to buy all new packs every other week to keep up...LOL
When people stop buying these new and un-improved cells then the manufacturer will be forced to just make better cells...I.E. lower IR.....That is really all thats left....We are already seeing 1.24+V almost everywhere...Now we jsut need lower IR to use all that voltage..LOL

gggrrrr.....just.....bought......3800s......

but for stock, unless the IR drops, and V increases.....so what?

I know they say its better, but a 1.2v cell is not going much above 1.2v....because then it would be a 1.3v cell

Team Orion has always the best batteries, they race with the cells they sell, since they are the leading company in the RC Battery industry I have no doubt that the GP4300 will outperform the IB4200.

Based on what??????

All companies race the cells they sell.......

I agree orion are good cells, but I feel, and others disagree, that their price is a little high.
