Default Spektrum + KO Helios question

Ok folks...I have a question:

While I understand the Spektrum setup is completely intended to be used in regular PPM mode. I just got a KO Helios for Christmas / Birthday and need to know what to do. The Helios is capable of 3 speed settings:

Normal Mode: Switch switched to "N" and radio set to standard 2 channel mode, works with ALL receivers and servos

Super High Speed Response Mode: Switch switched to "H" and radio set for 3 channels. Equal to older KO Mars R radio. Works with "some" receivers, "most" digital servos and "some" analog servos.

Advanced High Speed Response Mode: Switch set to "H" again and radio set for 2 channels. Fastest possible KO Radio setting. Both KO 302F receiver and KO Digital servos required.

Now my main question is, what is the maximum setting I can use with my Spektrum setup?!?!? I've seen racers at my track using the Helios in Advanced high-speed mode with the spektrum, however just because they're doing it doesn't mean that they won't fry their module.

I want to use the fastest possible setup with my Spektrum and Helios...Plus the Spektrum manual and website do NOT specify. So what setting may I use?!?!?

Thanks alot...

-Sean K.

The Spektrum can handle all the modes, as it's response time is less than AHRS. As long as you are using a digital servo, use AHRS.

EDIT: From Spektrum website "The KO radios are always in PPM mode. The system is compatible in all forms of frame rates for KO including HRS."

I have the same setup and I've been using AHRS with no problems for the past couple of months.

I've been running mine in N mode as I run cheap analogue servos. H would fry them.
