Does anyone have a bd7 2015 with the short shock conversion ? I sold mine or else I would see if this would work. If you use the short shock shock towers, bulkheads, front pulley, rear diff, x braces and both belts would work on the bd8 ? If the 2015 bulkheads work than you wouldn't have to use the shims that come with the bd8 sv conversion kit just use the 2015 bulkhead.

I am running mine with the FMC and short shock conversion set. Love it. Compared to the 16, l lined up the shock tower to the bulkhead clamps and it seems the 16's (which has the same shock towers on the BD8) aren't the same width.

So are you basically saying that the bd8 sv is a bd7 in disguise.

Putting common parts aside, the flex points are totally different on the 8. Hence not the same car at all

would this be mainly due to different top deck design?

Default For those that hate Battery Tape!

Our Tape less solution is now available for the BD8. Took a little creative thinking, but we are really happy on how this turned out.

Cool, can it be moved in and out, back and forwards and can the height be adjusted for different size batteries Christian?
