hey there i was just wonering what inserts you guys are using in team sorex 28 r for indoor racing

I run on an undercover concrete track and I use the sorex B medium insert and it works well. It would also work well on asphalt.

Indoor JB indoor foam(light weight), very forgiven on corner dots. Outdoor Yokomo 039M-F or Hara version 1 med or hard.

I have had great results with the Yok 039f on an outdoor sealed track (a bit less traction) and an indoor asphalt track (lots of traction).

JB Blue Thin (one piece) is possibly the most dead-on insert for 28R's on carpet.
