anybody heard a rumor of yokomo usa closing,going out of business or anything along these lines?

Parts are hard to get thru there website as of now, I believe they are moving to another facility.

I know they moved to another facility over the summer. I doubt they will be closing down soon. It looks as though they are doing good business with their drift products.

It seems that they are no longer supplying parts to their drivers but I don't think they are closing.

not so, while not a full on yokomo driver, i got a box of goodies from them a week ago.

and i yes i heard the rumor, even made some inquiries, seems to be just a rumor as pops said.

If they go out of business Asso will back up for the US customers since they have a longtime relationship, i think. Otherwise there is always the internet to look for parts overseas like Hongkong or Japan based shops.

i hope this is a rumor. i dont want to wait for long to get my parts that i need. i believe my lhs still is getting parts in. but you can always get your stuff through speedtech rc

Humm, seems like those used to be full ride drivers are spreading the rumor. Apparently, they are sending parts to paying customers including partially sponsored drivers.

hey KING - have been working up north and running on the carpet.... great fun! miss socal though and hope to be able to come this saturday too have some fun before heading back up north.

the others robert, glenn will be playing again soon . . . unfortunately low turnouts seem to feed on themselves

seems to be a LOT of rumor regarding YOKOMO - don't believe it myself
