Trinity 4200's are in stock

Trinity has 4200's in House. They have been on the matchers since Friday. Place your orders with your local hobby shop. Packs are set to ship by the end of this week.

Team Trinity drivers contact Sean with your orders.

TexRacer 12-27-2005 10:44 AM

IMPORTANT NOTE-
Please be careful if your a racer. Some tracks may not ALLOW these batteries all of 2006.They are NOT Roar Legal.
They WILL NOT be allowed at Big Events Sanctioned by Roar.

RickyIS300 12-29-2005 09:34 PM

I would wait for 4200 from SMC or Team Br00d.

Matt Howard 12-30-2005 06:23 AM

I would wait till next year unless you like having expensive practice packs

Mike Blackstock 12-30-2005 06:36 AM

RickyIS300.. First off... It is your opinion, But i think you are WRONG :sneaky: ...

As for the 4200's.. They are real good.. I am very happy with testing so far.. There about 20-30 seconds more runtime with the same volts as the 3800's...

I think they will be legal for most races other then roar next year wich is about 90% of the races...

The Trinity/EPIC cells have been rocking! I can personally attest to that...

Dave Graboski 12-30-2005 06:53 AM

Ricky, Why would you tell people to wait for the other guys to get them? Its the same exact cell no matter who is matching them. Please elaborate

EddieO 12-30-2005 09:14 AM

Maybe he likes 35 amp matching....

I don't think you will see them at many of the next big races though....

Novak 3800 limit
Snowbirds 3800 limit
Carpet Nats ROAR approved only
Reedy Race no indication yet, but I have been told 3800 limit or possibly just 4200 in the invite class
Paved Nats ROAR approved only
Offroad Stock Nats ROAR approved only
Offroad Modified Nats ROAR approved only
Worlds NOT submitted in time, will not be legal....unless IFMAR pulls its normal crap...

Not sure on some of the other offroad races.....our area is not allowing them at club racing or local 2 day events until later (probably september) in the year....

I think the first big race we will see them at is Vegas....or cleveland.

THE BIG QUESTION IS BESIDES THE SHRINK WRAP which people have access to can you tell the diffrence between a 3800 and a 4200 ? ;)

Come on Mike...January is close enough for you to update your signature to Xray ;) Good luck with Trinity/Xray in 2006!

Chad Phillips 12-30-2005 03:19 PM

its easy to tell the difference between and 3800 and 4200.. If the pack is assembled, just remove any neg.. side of a battery bar and there will be a dimple in the center of the cell..
