well, I finally had time to do some TLC on a TC3 that was given to me by a racer. Its not bad at all now... I did a full setup with stock motor and intend to use as a drifter. What are you TC3 drifters using for camber, shock position, oils, diff tightness, springs, etc...?

nice henry... i still want to try the carpet drifting

and aluma, try 0 chamber all round, toe: front 0 and rear stock but you can change it if you want

i left my pistons alone but i have 15wt oil in them and have the springs in the rear stiffer by a bit, keep your battery in the front
and for the differential..have them both open and have the rear .75 of a turn tighter

hope it works out for you..(its just to get you in the ballpark)

i tried them, on fine tarmac after a while it started pick up grip.
Was using TC3/Novak5800BL, can't make it hold sideways eventho in such hipari/thin contact patch. Power slide the most...
Works well on tiles, dusty slippery concretes.

yeah.. I was figiring that the tarmac would scuff em up to the point that they would start to gain grip.

Oh well.. as soon as my diffs get sorted i'll put em to the test.
