Default Charging

I am charging a 6 volts pack, with a 6 volts charger. When I put it on charge the charger lamp went off, does it when it's fully charged it will swith on the lamp?

Joe - how about some more information?

What type of charger and 6v pack are you trying to use? The more information you give, the better help you are going to get.

I know of some chargers that the light comes on when it's done, some that it goes off when it's done. Information is key, otherwise anyone will just be guessing.

I'm moving this to the electric forum, might get a better responce there.

He is right Joe. What brand, type and more important how many amperes is the charger using to charge the battery. Is hte charger powered by 12V or 110V (220V for Europe)
