Good job on the video, Justin. Kinda funny that the GT guys put a chicane in the straight..except Matt.

Since ROAR has approved 25.5 motors for VTA and other classes how did those motors do? Anyone have a breakout of how many of each OEM's 25.5 motor was in the VTA A-main.

Not a list that i'm aware of. Saw a good mix through motor tech of brands, don't recall who was running F1 versus VTA but it definitely seemed to be less of a "must have this one" situation.

Thanks Sort of what I see here though we don't do much VTA anymore. But the Novak still seems to be competitive with the new ROAR motors in our 25.5TC class and no clear must have motor; it is more like must have driving/setup skills -as it should be.

ROAR created rules that are far more strict for 25.5 motors than other spec motor winds. Seems they don't feel it's prudent to adjust all the motor rules but decided to do it right for 25.5 since it was a new motor only a few years ago.

Basically there's a Phase (AB, AC, BC) DC resistance min now controlling manufacturers from getting to creative with the rules. So all manufactures 25.5's should be fairly equal. Plus they've limited the rotor to 12.3 max.

I actually ran the same 25.5 at the last two Indoor champs and ran the heck out of it in between. The rotor spec and min resistance that ROAR established was a great move for the racers. It needs to migrate to all the "spec" motor classes in my opinion.
