Default Trinity Dyna Pulse: Help

I bought one and it didn't work straight out the pack. Then got my hands on another one, which worked for 6 cycles and then froze up.

When I first put the good unit to work, the words scroll to the point where it starts the function stating volts, then resistance; like 7.78 volts and 21.08 ohms. Now both pieces show 7.78 volts and 000.00 ohms.

Where's the bloody reset button? just can't see the clue in the instructions.

Anyone out there found the solution ??

Jacko

Weird, I've got about 30 cycles on mine with no incident. I couldn't be happier with the results.

I have about 60 cycles on mine and it has performed flawlessly. No problems here. Call Latif or Sean at Trinity and they should be able to help you out.

Funny.....Erik Jonk owner of spintec let you return your broken Battery Manager to a hobby store that you didn't even buy it from for a brand new one and you still have the audacity to continue with your negative comments. You have alot of nerve. Erik made every attempt to satisfy your problem and all you do to thank him, is bash his goods still. Maybe you should consider the blessings you have received and leave his company and his products alone.

This is also a verbal warning to stop company bashing and take it to a more direct and private approach, thank you.

If trinity is unable to help contact Horizon Hobby they distribute the product and probably will take care of any malfuctioning units.

Hey guys,

If you are having an issue with your Dyna Pulse you can call between the hours of 8 am and 10 am or from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm Monday - Friday and I will do my best to help you over the phone, If I can't figure out the problem over the phone I will issue you an RMA number so you can return your Dyna Pulse to TRINITY.

Thanks for the info Sean. I'll try calling you and see where we go from here. Amazing how quickly things distort on the forums, but underneath all postings there's an honesty I really love and you're part of it.
