I just brought a brand new UMH from my LHS and it was already built, was that how it's suppose to be or did I just get ripped off?

It wasn't a stick pack, it was matched and he sold it to me for $71 and it was on sale for 20% off.

sounds like a legit deal. the cells should have labels on them verifying there similarity. though, i must say, i got the same deal through promatch for a more competitive price. these cells are awesome.
