Default Need help

Hey guys and gals. I am new to RC world and would like to ask you for some addvice. I got myself the TA05 right from Tamiya and the futuba pl2 controller with standard servo speed control and reciever. It`s runnig pritty good and everything bu the balance of the car is not what I would like to have. If some1 can addvice me in how to set up or improve my car just feel free to smoke me ;-) What should I get for the car, are stabilizators good ?? shall I change to the carbon shassis parts ?? how to set up the gear ratio (what is it??) what motor shall I get to get competative in races?? etc. any info is a good info !!

check out this thread. there is 75 pages on the TA05 there. Tamiya TA05 Touring Sedan Being new to this site myself take yourself some time to read around. Most of what you want to know has likely already been discussed.
