A gathering ground for TC4 fanatics.....
I saw an incredibly long TC3 thread a few lines down and I was wondering with the changes to the TC3-4 is a TC4 thread now more appropriate.
If so some questions I have are regarding the TC4(specifically my TC4 Team car)....
What does the average TC4 weight? Mineis 1604 grams 1525 is ROAR legal, where can I shed some weight?
Who has jumped from a team car to a factory team car? What improvments did you find?
Who is running a one way, spool and when did you decide to play with them?
Who has upgrade to the graphite car from the stock plastic chasis and parts?
What is a good shock spring and oil combination?
For asphalt what are successful combinations?
Glitching any common issues coming up?
Any common wear and/or breakages(I can attest for the plastic diff. out drives, as I have broken several of those)......
And this was just a few things I thought of, as my TC4 is shelved for the winter and I am busy with my CRC 3.1 carpet knife inddors I hought before next summer I would like to tweak my TC4 a whole bunch and I thought I would see how others are doing it.
Let me know what you think, maybe answer a few of my questions and add a few of your own.
PS My car need help everyone racing here in Victoria BC Canada is dumping their TC3/4 for the Xrays, I do not want to have to follow the others.
