To actually SEE a tweak in the chassis tells me that it had to be a much harder hit then a "Glancing blow"
I would also suspect that the car sustained more damage.
If the tweak is that bad...all you should have to do is relax the screws on the top deck and chassis then tighten them back up.
I will be surprised if you can get the screws loose with that kind of bind in the chassis though....
I pounded a guy with my 05 in Cleveland.When I tried to get the screws out of the top deck...the screws were actually seized in due to the bind.Had to cut the top deck off!!!
Thankfully there was NO other damage.
As I said, I POUNDED the other car so some damage was to be expected.
