the way i understood it is:

Set ride height to 4mm
Jam a ride height gauge under each side of the chassis at the rear to 5mm.
Adjust droop screws until wheel just touches the board.
repeat for the front.

Just seems more accurate it you use 2, not sure how accurate doing it by sight would be.

What is the best piston to run in the shocks? the adjustable's, two, three, or four holes?

sometimes we like to run the fixed pistions because we get the feeling that a (for example) three hole fixed piston has slightly different dampening than a three hole adjustable piston, but i would sugest that you build them with the adjustable pistons, you cant really go wrong with them.

The kit includes rear hubs with 1d built-in toe-in and spacers are provided to add anymore that is needed. I added another .75mm of shimming to get 2d of rear toe and only had to wiggle the arms forward/backward on the pin while gradually tightening them down to prevent binding.

Would someone measure the width of front and real bulkhead, outside-to-outside.

T1FK04 is about 42mm outside-to-outside, both front and rear bulkhead.
