Need help, what is this RC chassis?
Wassup, I'm new to RC, got hold of this HPI chassis, but dunno what model it is and if it's something worth me buying. All I can tell you is everything in carbon fibre, it's belt driven and the belt going to the front wheels is too long and keeps jumping off. It has a Paradox Pro motor that say: 27 TURN SINGLE - 22AWG - 24 DEGREE" It has a 29 tooth gear coming off the motor.
I have a Tamiya TT01 with the stock RS540 motor and HPI thing is a little slower off the line, but then it runs way faster that the TT01.
Can anyone help?

It looks like a Pro 1 to me.

Actually, there isn't any HPI Pro 1.
HPI 1/10 TC release order:
1) RS4
2) RS4 Pro
3) RS4 Pro2 (and all the sport/Rally version)
4) RS4 Pro3
5) Pro4
But anyway, you guys are right, it is the RS4 Pro (I believe this is the LIGHTEST touring car ever made)

Definitely an RS4 Pro, circa 1997. Still a good car, not far removed from the Pro 2, which was a great car in its day.

Yep... its the "Pro". The RS4 had a single front belt/tranny setup. This has two belts. Its not the Pro 2 for alot of reasons, but the easiest to see is the lack of plastic cell holders, and velcro battery straps. Geez... look at that Tempest speedo!! It looks like it should dial up XM satellite radio! Funny how it resembles a T1FK XRAY...
