I heard the F103GT was going to be discontinued anyway. This car looks like a F103 without the wings. It seams strange to me what Tamiya is doing. This is the kind of stuff Tamiya does which makes me NOT want to buy their products.

I have run the F103GT for 2 straight years and had enjoyed the ups and downs of it. Owned quite a large collection of parts, and damaged quite a few stuff before getting my GT to run just like a 4WD TC.
Last heard of it being axed, and saw the launch of the F103RM coming, with an F1 body. I don't know what their agenda is by doing this sort of marketing strategy, but it ain't very pleasant, as a racer for the F103GT.
Nevertheless, I'll still be getting the F103RM, in an effort to own a piece of the F1 (at least the body parts set), but I'll not be running any Tamiya's TCs for that matter.
Have moved on with some other brand.

Would those Blade C-type bodies fit an F103 chassis that is running the Tamiya Advan body, that is, with the stubby bumper and the short rear posts? I haven't run the F103 long enough to be familiar with the original Group C configuration and am looking for an alternative to the Advan body. For the sake of variety if nothing else.

The F103rm will be available in Canada, they have added 2 races with it as part of the TCS so I would think USA will get it also.

Speaking of McAlliseter racing, have yall seen the IRL Indy body, I wonler if it would fit the F103.
