I read the rules n stuff for it on Tamiyausa.com, and they state the class is "open to anyone" because it is a "exhibition" class. That means I can enter without having raced any previous Tamiya Cup races? That would be cool to get in on the last race at the Tamiya Track.

Sorry, I knew what you wanted I just got in a hurry and gave you the wrong spring set. I went to my parts box and got the package. The number is 50509. It's temporarily out of stock at Tamiya, but you can find them on the internet, especially Ebay I would imagine. Stormer Hobbies normally carries them, but they're are out of stock. Sorry for the mix up, that's what happens when you get old.

I have made a new bumper designed for the Courage body that has the stock mounting location of the body posts and protects a little bit better the front of the body. I also made one for the new body that my friend just finished to replace the Courage. I will ask him when he will be posting the pictures of the new body. I have some of the one I painted, but the one he got professionaly painted simply ROCKS. He will be posting the information about it very very soon. Once he posts those pictures, I will posts the ones of mine to and the new bumpers we designed for these two bodies.

I am not really sure. They are strong enough if you add some carbon here, titanium there. But I think your big problem would be stability on high speed corners. These cars seem like they dont hook up that well on long corners. Where a 4wd sedan sticks through it, an F103 has a tendancy to wander the rear a lot more. You might want to just get it and try it with a large rear spoiler - might help.

Petit Le Mans
It's our final on-road race of the year. The 2 Hour and 45 Minute endurance race called the "Petit Le Mans" after the real race held in Georgia every year in the ALMS series. This is our biggest race of the year and we will have prizes and cash for the winning overall podium and individual podiums for each class.
We are proud to announce sponsorship and prizes from Tamiya America. Also continued support from Fastkart Indoor Speedway, Alder Construction, West Valley Hobbies, Viking Steel, XtremeRC Magazine, Savage Construction, and APEX Hobby. As of this morning it appears that HPI Racing is also sponsoring this event and possibly sending a team. If you are interested in sponsoring this event please PM me or post here.
The circuit we will mimic is the famous Spa-Francorchamps which hosts the 24 Hours of Spa and the 1000km of Spa endurance races. This is the perfect circuit to challenge all types of drivers and their team's cars.
In the event there are more than 20 teams, we will hold a qualifying session (free of charge) to set the grid. A minimum of three cars from each class are guaranteed a position in the race... Otherwise the top 5 from each class will fight to make the grid.
We don't allow dish rims but due to the popularity we will allow stickers made by Kent Kryther (local racer) to be placed on the rims. This series is a mix of racing and concourse to make it scale in appearance and feel of sportscar racing.
