Yes they are helps keep the battery in place plus it adds some weight on that side and no tape under the chassis

what kind of screws are you all using? wanting to shed weight so i can add some to the motor side of the chassis

Same for me. Great quality, well packaged and the reference sheet saying what page to look at for each screw is very helpful.

If you are looking for a good stock setup I can get you mine. Ran on CRC black carpet a few weeks back. By far the fastest car there & handled perfect. I'll try to get it posted up tonight.

i have a good setup for a low-medium grip..i need something for real high grip black carpet. there's one track i cant seem to get my car to drive right on it. highest grip black carpet i've run on to date. if it's a high grip setup, i'll definitely check it out.

Hi all question regarding droop. I've got my droop screws set as per the manual. The rear has 6mm over ride height but the front only about 1.2mm, should I wind the screw back in to get to the 6mm figure?

i havent run over 2.5mm ORH personally
