i think he doesn't talk much because he is not as fluent in English as you and i..i chat with him for a few moments at the reedy race and basically, the tamiya guys said the same thing. Great guy though!

If that is you S, welcome!

Well, let me see???

His from Thailand, so most likely his Thai!
His English needs some work like Surikarn
He only seems to care about Tamiya stuff and He spelled the name Surikarn correctly.

But again any fan can do that.

The mystery continues...

Hi Skarni. Glad you can make it here. Unfortunately, people here can be skeptical since there are some fan boys who like to post using a factory guy's name. For example, there's a user here named Masami and guess what?

Quick question to verify (putting skeptic hat on)...who were the two guys sitting at the table to your left during this year's Reedy Race at Tamiya? I was supposed to sit behind Surikarn but I didn't want to be surrounded by slow guys so I sat in the tent (dialed) hahaha. jk

In any event, enjoy rc tech, it's fun.

Hey Izzy, I don't know. I've already packed the 2sets of B2's in my pitbag.

Charlie B, your batteries are already packed as well. I will bring the bodies on Saturday/Sunday and I found a picture of the scheme. Fooly Cooly!

Good luck to all of the TCS racers this weekend...it's gonna be dialed!

Are the old B's not available in the US anymore either? I have ran B2's in the UK and have to say i think they are rubbish in comparison to the old 24mm wide B's. I am going to give my Evo 3 S a run outside next weekend which shud be interesting to say the least! Rick

They have since re-release them. When? I don't know.
But some people have actually been able to get em.
And I agree with you as far as B's being the better tires compared to B2's.

Gawd! The whole B or b2 compound situation is frustrating! I wish Tamiya USA would just open up the tire rule for any brand tire since everyone knows the B are the weapon of choice IF you are lucky enough to find them or hoard them before they were discontinued. What's the point of a spec tire if the superior tire ends up in the hands of the lucky few?? Even with the re-release it's become the same situation.
Sorry guys... just venting because i'm tired of tip toeing around the past few GT1 classes with B2's... I've cracked the top 3 at all of the races but I would hardly call my races 'racing'.

I don't know Izzy. But I hope that they put a limit on the number that you can buy or else some people will have like 20 while others don't have any? Yup sounds really fair to me

But you already got 10 sets from R10 on your last shipment didnt you?

The key to winning you gave me was to one-run B tires. Not quite sure if I want to afford that.

Hahaha I wish...I only got 6 teeheee...One set was used up in an experiment two weeks ago. So now I only have 5...then one set per run this weekend and that makes 2 sets of tires left for the nats...doh! Still hurting

Somebody at the track bought R10 out of B's...I think he got like 28 sets...tadow!
