Chownr you may have to hunt around a little bit Tamiya America has been out for 2 months now and are awaiting the S EVO3. I am hoping they will be in next week to get my own car built.

The local track I race for has one on the shelf for good pricing and do ship International try them at

raym@burientoyota.com

I know they ship alot of the F201 over to Germany etc.

Hope it helps the EVO does live up to all the hype

Or...you can go to Home Depot and get a plumber's teflon tape. Cut a small piece, fold three or four times, depending on slop, and voila! Smooth and tight.

So go get the website a visit. Hope I can help=)

Another place you might want to look at is http://www.ultimatehobbies.com/ one of my friends just ordered his from there couple of weeks ago due to the other places were out of them (Towerhobbies and Spedtechrc).

I order from Ultimate many times with no problems they have been among the cheapest.

We got our EVO 3 S over the weekend. If interested check out Ebay Look for serpentvector.

Evrything looks great so far. High quality car with top notch parts. But, I wonder what happened to the aluminum center chassis mount and reinforced gear cases???

surikarn and suzuki were both running standard gearbox casings at the reedy race in the uk. The centre support they use in ally is as said a factory trf part only and at this time there is no plans to release it as an option. Surikarn was also running a cut down second rear shock tower on his car to reinforce it otherwise the cars were standard. just thought you'd like to know.

any new comments regarding the gearboxes in the Surikarn Limited kits? Is this improved molding but not reinforced plastic or is it the same crap as in the original EVO3 kits?
