Overclocked:
the backer plate:is it wood?
if yes then WHOA!!u must have made a record as 1st person using wood in RC.
davioh:
In case u dont already know , the plate is to support the diff gear so that it doesnt strip in a crash/mishap

That's to help the TB EVO 3's Oneway gear Stripping problem.

Overclocked. Tamiya has one made now and it's included on my TA04-TRF. Which has a newly designed one way unit with an aluminum plate on the other side like what you made.

Are you stuck at home for 2 weeks and 4 days???
Then you must be a ...... . I just heard news today.

And I don't think you can find that carbon fiber backup plate as an hop up option. But Tamiya has come out with a new one-way diff ( I could be mistaken)

i tot it was wood cos it just saw the sides which were seeping with oil?
on ur last pic there was lot's of Carbon fibre below the diff...was wondering where to get them?
i wanted to make myself a 3mm chassis...and maybe make one of those chassis stiffeners like yokomo.
