I don't think we will make the ROAR nationals, but we are shooting for IIC.

As for parts availability, we have plentyvin stock right now, just waiting on kits, which the latest we have heard was they will be shipping to us on Monday.

Honestly, while the supply for kits has been a bit limited for this second batch of cars, it was due to the incredible demand of the cars. It's just some growing pains. At Gizmo Racing USA we have the plans to stock deep, really deep. We are actually in talks with them to produce a full batch of cars for us catered more towards the American market. I cannot give any more details, but this should aleviate the concerns that many of you have. For one, we will have a large amount of kits on hand and two, the guys of Gizmo Denmark will get a nice amount of cash flow going.

We believe in this car, it is leaps and bounds faster than anything else we have ever driven. We appreciate the patience from our end users, and I assure you that you won't be dissappointed once you drive one. Once we get rolling 100% within the next month or two supply should be much better going forward.

How about you come over here for the 2016 Worlds in Beijing next month?

Do you know if anyone will be running it then?

I wish I could come, but I am in the process of a few big changes, so it would be extremely hard to make it out.

I am not sure if any of the Danes will make it out. I'll ask next time I talk to them.

I wrote a small report on the GZ1 in USGT. I was really impressed with the results!

one tid bit of info about this cars servo setup. you will have to remove the bottom servo case mounting ear closest to the belt so there is no interference between the two. there will only be three mounting points on your servo case once this is done. i know some people dont want to modify their stuff so im giving you a heads up.

I ran around 1380 on both cars. Tried several different bodies from my kid's body pile. Ran a McAllister DTM Mercedes, MX Stang and a Riley DP. The Riley was the fastest on both cars. The MX Stang was the second quickest and the AMG the slowest. I like the McAllister bodies because they are lightweight (excpet for the AMG).

Hmm cool to hear about . was just wondering how the weight was considering most gt bodies are over 100g min. But luckily the usgt tires are about 12g lighter than others

I have added our current set up to the reference page. The mod/ 17.5 set up is not much different with the exception of slightly less droop (2.0mm ORH F/ 2.5mm ORH R vs 2.5F/3.0R in USGT) and different tires and body.

Quick question,
I was going to order 4500mah LRP Shorty lipos for my gizmo,
Will this be enough for 13.5t boosted?
Thanks

For small/indoor tracks it'll be fine.

At big outdoor tracks (1/8th size) I've taken around 3500mah out in 13.5 boosted. Lipo voltage tends to drop significantly from at least 1000mah below the rated capacity, so a 4500 might be pushing it. You'll last, but it might be pretty slow at the end. I'd suggest a 5000mah for big tracks.
