Nerves always make you slower on racedays vs practice days....

Car was likly not rotating as quickly in the corner with the added traction. We tend to have that issue. Track get faster threw practice into q1 peaks at q2 then slows down a little for the main.

The 7.1 is on point. I just need to drive it. Was able to pull a fast lap less than .03 slower than and awesomatix today. I just couldn't run it consistently. Was able to pull a third place overall after the double mains

I ran this Saturday 400+ laps on the black carpet. the car is stuck to the track i need it to rotate better. i put a bigger sway bar on the back and it was better. a lot of 10.6s. on the last run of the day. so what do you think.

What rear toe are you running? I assume 2.5, try going to 2.0.

Rear toe 2* is still alot.... 1* or less will make a huge difference in rotation, and on the straight...
Always try to run a bit less rear toe than the competition, if possible...

What? That's almost 400 grams. Seems a bit excessive.

If there would be stress to the hub, the pin should break between hub and wishbone - but I cannot imagine anyone experiencing that.
So my advice would be just to keep an eye on not tightening the set screw too much as discribed by Scottrik before.
Something tells me that AE is using off the shelf ground rod for that pin, and is then cutting (grinding?) the notch in it. Since I don't have my buddys TC7.1 handy, I can't measure the pin myself... but 2, 3, 4, and 5 mm ground tool steel rod is on ebay for $2-3-4. Make your own pins, grind a nice smooth round divot for your setscrew, or perhaps, none at all!

The smallest rods you can buy are like 200mm long, so cut a dozen, and sell to the locals who are cracking their pins. :-) You'd probally come out ahead.

Yep that is to much weight to put in. my car is under weight but only 10 grams so no weight in the front of this car. will try something different.
