Yannicks first meeting was in fact the ICC in essex. I spoke to him there, he had Toni Rheinhard working on the car - I asked him how it compares to his old BD7 and he said that the car is very good, with good spec, and he said that the car is very good, well speced, and very good value for money. bear in mind that the top drivers will be up front regardless of the car.

Why would a Desoto team driver be looking for a VBC D08?

I am not sure why either but it certainly does. I had a dog of a motor in mine but was still able to fight for TQ spot based on corner speed alone. The other fast drivers in the later heats said that my car doesn't seem to slow down at all in the corners. When I am near other cars I really have to be careful to not run them over on corner entry, the difference is that drastic. I will hopefully get time to post my setup later this week, fortunately the only non-kit item I the Red springs in the front (I use red all around). We race on a medium sized asphalt track that is prepped with sugar water.

Nice review Edward!

You mentioned the short shock were installed, but did you also install the newer lcg shock towers too?

Can you post your setup?

Thanks

Thanks, I thought it would be a good idea to provide a little feedback on my experiences, nothing professional. Ha!

Yes, the short shocks are installed with the LCG towers too. I figured the TBBS and the LCG towers can only work together.

The setup isn't far off from the kit settings, but I will make something up for you.
