Had the same problem... ended up having to go to a buddy with a hudy setup...
And the fit is VERY tight on CRC wheels, you have to pretty much wrestle them onto any arbor. Bearings are fun to get in and out as well, as you probably allready know.

I have had a Intergy truer and arbour for well over a year the threaded bar on the arbour should screw in and out.
I have had mine modified so the threaded bar is held in place by a a couple of set screws.
Hope this helps I qlso run CRC wheels and have no problems with the truer.

will do but it will be on saturday or sunday.
have you tried ti unscrew the threaded bar so you can unit to work with the wheel on.
The precess used to modify
mark up the main body of the arbour at the point where the threaded bar sits and drill it all the way through.
get the size grub screw that coresponds and tap the holes on both sides.
cut some nylon small enough to fit in the hole.
Start by placing one of the nylon peices in the hole and oush to the bottom so it sits against the threaded bard put the grub screw in both sidfes and gently tighten when happy with the tightness put on truer and check the wheel is running true if not you may have to alter the tension on either side of the grub screws.
will post some pics later.

thanks acurry, to make the front fit, i need the bolt to be at least 1/4 inch longer. ive noticed that the bolt isnt that long to stick out 1/4 longer without being unstable and needed some support like the set screw your saying. if i can only find a longer bolt, i would just replace em with a longer one. i'll be waiting for the pic.

i have emailed bill @ integy and he will change the bolt with a longer one. surprisingly, i am the first customer that spoke up. they are not aware of this. heres the email.
***Thank you for your e-mail, you can send the wheel adapter to us and we'll have the screw made longer for you. We are currently out of this 1/12 adapter ... so I don't have one to check but by looking at the picture, it doesn't look right. If possible, send a front tire along and we'll have our technician make sure the adapter works.***
now thats great customer service!
