Wow! Super excited to race on-road carpet again!

I've had just about enough of dirt- Ugh. I've always preferred on-road to off-road. Off-road was always just a way to pass the winter spell until I could get my touring car out again.

I'll be there tomorrow to try out this USGT class. I also just placed an order today for a 1/12th scale setup that I will be running by the 24th so hope that class stays alive too!

Thanks Hobby Stop West, see you all tomorrow!

FYI: I think I'm going to be selling my sedan. If anyone is interested let me know. It's fairly competitive in Toledo.

So, I got my 1/12 car in the mail this week. I got it built. I even got the body painted- but I forgot to order an important thing. Gears!

From what I'm reading, I guess I need to be in the 70's for spur and 50's on pinion to run 17.5. Does anyone have anything in that range that they can bring to the track to preferably sell or at least lend me on Sunday?

I'd rather by new stuff from Hobby Stop but I bet since this class is just now getting going again they don't have that much 1/12 inventory.

Thanks in advance!!!

This past weekend, we had 6 full heats of racing, which made for a fun day of racing. Considering there were several racers attending round 2 of the traveling points series, that was very good.

VTA (x2)
USGT (x1)
F1 (x1)
17.5 Sedan (x1)
1/12th (x1)

The new track layout was up and as traction came up quickly, leading to some very fast lap times (sub 8 sec for TC and 1/12th scale).

Hope to see everyone again next Sunday

Erik

Girl Scout Cookies
My daughters are selling girl scout cookies again this year. They were able to get a few cases in advance of the official selling window. I will have them at the track on Sunday if anyone is interested - $4/box

Going to come out and run some F1 Sunday, can't wait!

I will have a new Tamiya 51526 Ferrari 458 body for sale. They normally run $35 and the wing is additional ($10).

You can have mine for $30 Total INCLUDING a Carbon Wing Set! Great for USGT!
