The wind tunnel is easy, I've built one before for airfoil cross-section testing. Cardboard, screen, wood and ALOT of hot-melt glue with some nice plexi to view the bodys.

Digital scales from the Physics lab would suffice, along with a digital tension scale rigged to measure drag.

I would need at least 6 bodies though, all the top ones. If RCTech members each bought me one, I would spray them a solid color and test them (No masking, no pretty paint, etc. I wouldn't want folks to think I'm just trying to get free bodies) . Upon completing my study, they would be either destroyed or given to kids at Debbies RC world in VA, Beach.

I've got the month of December off. It would be a fun project. A full article complete with nice photos, graphs and an excel spreadsheet would be published here with futureal's permisson.

I guess I am a bit stubborn. I want to feel the difference myself. So I am going to compaire a so called 'good' body, with one that I like more.

If there's a significant difference I will choose the better one. If not or if I cannot notice it, I will simply drive bodies that I like .
