Momentum is key in this class. You can't give up anything in corner speed. By far the most chassis critical class I have ever road course raced. In oval it is even more critical.

We ran 13.5 again Friday. TQ got wrapped up in a crash early and took 8 minutes to catch me. I held him off for 4 minutes for the win. It was impossible for him to pass cleanly. Second win for me. That's right 12 minute mains.

The class continues to grow at 386 raceway here in Florida. 3 heats and a main today, 4 different drivers won. Ultra competitive class forming!

Listen to it. It should rev out or hit top speed about 1/2 to 2/3 down the longest straight. If it is still pulling all the way to the corner, go down a couple teeth on the pinion. If it's maxed out 10 feet from the corner, go a up a couple teeth. Temp your motor after 5 laps or so once you have a feel you like.

Is there a thread on the new CRC GenX carpet car? Tried to find a dedicated thread but had no luck. Looking to see the benefits vs the current car and if it handles any better?

Considering the car is not out yet- this is the only info out on this thread. The only people with the car is CRC-dumper. As soon as we get the car we will report what we find.I've got a few questions but I'll have to wait till I get the car.
