I knew coming in to the speedrun game that we are pushing our electronics to the absolute brink and it was going to be a costly angle to the hobby, but I also knew that no other angle did it for me. The adrenaline rush from these blistering speeds is the only one that does it for me.
So now I send my trackstar back and wait 19 days for a new one. Im also sending in my Mamba Monster back to CC as its almost at the end of warranty and is acting up from me pushing it to its 6s max for almost a year straight with these mindless speed runs.
So keep posting videos cause I aint doing nothing but finishing my Warrior body for the next few weeks.
At least I did a 81 mph backflip and landed it today before the smoke show. Im ok with all of it.
Sorry to hear that man but its all part of the speed run game. Ive gone through at least 10 escs myself in the last year! Luckily castle warranteed most of them.

Try using a cap pack and keep close attention to motor and esc temps. Heat is our worse enemy. Excessive cogging is usually a sign of the motor or esc getting too hot.

I use Garmin Forerunner 101, 201, or 301 GPS's. They are very accurate as long as you have good GPS signal.

We (my son and I) have a xray t4 2014 v that we use for onroad.
Its way to fast for me to handle on the tracks, but I like to do
Speed runs. Nothing close to what you guys do. I want to throw
A fast motor in it and see what I can do with it.
