novak esc .

ok by doing some compairing of the tc2 and the new gt7 features.. it seems like the only difference is that the gt7 has the 640 drive current over the tc2's 480 drive current.. but the gt7 resistance is higher than the tc2. also the tc2 is able to run 4-7 cells over the gt7 4-6 cells.

but i am woundering do you program the gt7 's 7th profile like the same as the tc2's with either a pit wizard or millenium pro charger ???

so do you stay with the novak tc2 or go with the gt7 ?

Besides the higher current, the GT7 has something like 1300 discrete steps as opposed to 256 steps. Its smaller (not by much), and you program it using 4 little lights that are a different color while programming #7 profile, you can also change the braking on each of the other 6 profiles. So, the answer is no to the pit wizzard/millennium charger question. If your happy with the TC2 then stick with it, the GT7 wont make anyone an instant winner on the track. The cyclones are tough to beat, but I think Novak seen how well keyence is doing and decided a programmable ESC with out a pit wizzard is the wave of the future (I still think the pit wizzard is far easier though).
