Don and i are talking about going to this race. pf10 and camaro as backup as my choice.
As good as the PF bodies are there are many good choices. Tamiya nsx bodies, hpi zonda, mclaren, 350z, McAllister etc.

Would a Chevron Models EB110LM or a Speed Passion Furai be legal?

Exactly. Can we get rid of 200mm body rule please? Otherwise, I have a lot of 200mm, 2004 NSX's I don't mind moving rather quickly.

I also have some Nissan GT-R's and some new Honda NSX's Concept GT's. All measuring 200mm in width =)

That's all that HPI makes now unfortunately- 200mm bodies. Can't eliminate their vast library of car models that are in the sub $25 range

In all seriousness....200mm bodies eventually need to go away for this class and soon. If the class is growing, manufactures need to make the correct size body for the class. Simply because that's all a certain manufacture makes is not the fault of the class chassis rules dimensions.

It appears that the 200mm bodies are what the class is all about (but narrower will also pass tech):

So the PF10 is out? Or can it be run since it is a "replica" of the McLaren?

Fred, as far as USGT, we have been running 200mm bodies since day one. It has worked fine, and in the midwest and East of the Mississippi in general, USGT has been one of the most popular classes. I think a lot of that has to do with the diversity of bodies, 190 or 200mm. We all remember the Stratus to Alpha to Mazda routine that went on, and it got old and boring. There is a lot of stuff out there that works, and I think part of the appeal is that you can run all kinds of fun bodies.
