Default Running wide-offset wheels on 200mm touring car?

I've been having stability problems with my RS4, and it got me wondering if I could put wider-offset wheels on it to improve its stability. Obviously just attaching wheels with a 3mm or even 6mm offset is no problem, but finding a body that would fit is more problematic. Does anyone make 210mm touring car bodies?

To correct stability issues I recommend a complete suspension check. Check the following:
1) check all suspension parts for excessive play. 2) check and refill shocks if needed. 3) check all bearings/replace if needed. 4) if you have a setup board, check droop settings, camber, toe, caster and tweak settings. 5) check that your car tracks straight: center your steer nuetral setting/front tires so the car goes straight. And finally, check that you have the right tires for your track.

I've seen a few local racers run +3mm wheels on a 190mm TC with the Protoform LFA with good results. But I don't think that's what you asked, either.

Interesting, so 210mm bodies *do* exist. Thanks.

Here's mine: This is a 200mm serpent 747e chassis with 44.5mm rear foams and 31.5mm front foams. And you can see that its mostly tucked under the body.

Those don't look like they leave much room for suspension movement.

One thing that I experienced always I use offset wheels or hex spacing the wheel is, that it gives a less precise feeling of the car. For example the steering is just less on rails.
But I don't think it will change your laptimes very much
